  Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to be Latina to join?
No, as the first Latina sorority in the nation, Lambda Theta Alpha
recognizes the importance of reaching out to others and forming a united
coalition of professional, diverse, culturally and politically aware women.
We are not an exclusive group of women and believe that all women alike
should be given an opportunity to make their mark on the world.

How is the Interest Group different from rushing?
As interest there is no time limit on your process. When an interested lady
feels ready to move on and requirements have been met, she may take steps
